The operator of the Rezervuju.online platform is the legal entity operating the service. For privacy-related requests, contact us at admin@rezervuju.online. Individual sports facilities, studios, and schools using our platform may act as separate controllers for data they collect about their clients. Their own terms and privacy information may also apply.

Depending on how you use the service, we may process: • Account data: name, email address, phone number, password (stored in hashed form), and profile preferences • Booking data: reservations, enrollments, subscriptions, attendance, and related facility interactions • Payment-related data: payment status and references (payment card details are handled by payment providers, not stored by us) • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, cookies, and usage logs • Communications: messages you send through contact forms or support channels • OAuth data: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google

We use personal data to: • Provide and operate the booking platform • Create and manage user accounts • Process reservations, courses, subscriptions, and notifications • Communicate with you about bookings, account activity, and service updates • Improve security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues • Comply with legal obligations We process data based on contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and — where required — your consent.

We may share data with: • Facilities you book with, so they can deliver their services • Infrastructure providers such as hosting, database, email, and analytics services (including Supabase and Vercel) • Authentication providers when you choose social login (e.g. Google) • Authorities when required by law These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service and under appropriate contractual safeguards.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where possible.
