Terms of Service

Rezervuju.online provides online booking, scheduling, course management, and related tools for facilities and their clients. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may sign in using email and password or, where enabled, third-party providers such as Google. When using Google sign-in, you also agree to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.

Facilities using our platform may publish their own terms, operating rules, cancellation policies, and pricing. When you book with a facility, you agree to comply with those facility rules in addition to these Terms.

You agree not to: • Use the service unlawfully or in a way that harms others • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data • Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform • Misuse bookings, payments, or communications features We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Bookings, cancellations, refunds, and payments are subject to the policies of the relevant facility and any payment terms shown at checkout. We facilitate the platform but individual facilities are responsible for delivering their services unless otherwise stated.

The platform, software, branding, and content we provide remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or EUR 100 if no fees were paid, whichever is greater, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Czech Republic unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise. Questions about these Terms: admin@rezervuju.online
